Roasted Tomatoes (Phases 1-4)

How to make roasted tomatoes appetizers

  • 5 Romano Tomatoes
  • Minced garlic
  • Go Veggie Cheese Shreds (Parmesan, Romano,Mozzarella blend)
  • Basil

Slice tomatoes in half, place on non stick cookie sheet, spread ingredients on each tomato, bake on 350°F Bake Approx 10-12 mintes or until golden brown.

 

 

 


Baked Zucchini (Phases 1-4)

  • 4 whole Zucchini.
  • Go Veggie Shreds – (Parmesan, Romano,Mozzarella blend)
  • Garlic minced.

*to add additional flavor or change up the recipe you can add crushed Ideal Protein South West Cheese Curls or crushed Ideal Protein White Cheddar ridges.

Cut Zucchini into 1/4 inch slices, place on non stick cookie sheet, spread ingredients on each tomato, bake on 275°F Bake Approx 25 mintes or until golden brown.


Sesame Ginger Chicken Skewers (Phases1-4)

  • Chicken Breast cut into strips or pieces
  • Marinate in Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • Seasalt to taste

Grill on BBQ for best flavor.
