2tsp chipotle chile powder
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
kosher salt & pepper to taste
4lbs small chicken thighs, trimmed of excess skin
2 TBS EVOO
1/2 cup WF orange marmalade
2 scallions, thinly sliced

1. Heat grill on medium. In small bowl, combine chipotle, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1 tsp each salt & pepper. In large bowl, toss chicken with oil, then sprinkle with spice mixture, rubbing in to coat evenly.
2. Grill chicken, covered, turning once, until cooked through (165F),  20 to 25 minutes. In a small bowl melt WF orange marmalade in microwave. Transfer chicken to serving platter. Pour marmalade all over chicken. Sprinkle with scallions.
