Ingredients:
1 Cup Zoodled Zucchini (Medium size)
1/3 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1/3 Cup Bell Pepper
1/3 Cup Jicama
1/2 Bouillon cube
4 oz Lean protein of your choice
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 Large Mason Jar
Directions:
1. Crush up your bouillon cube in the bottom of your mason jar fol-lowed by your protein.
2. After turning your zucchini into zoodles, place them on top of your protein in the bottom of your jar. Add garlic powder.
3. Next fill the rest of your jar with your phase one veggies & refrigerate until ready to eat.
4. When ready to eat add 2 cups boiling water, stir, replace cap & let sit for 15 minutes.
