Try out our Ideal Protein phase 1 friendly appetizer “Deviled Eggs”. You’ll enjoy making and eating these tasty appetizers, perfect for when you have guests over.


6 Large Hard-Boiled Eggs
1-2 TBSP Walden Farms Amazing Mayo
To Taste Mustard
To Taste Real Salt Brand Onion Salt
Optional Paprika


Cut your 6 eggs in halves.
Put 4 yolks in a bowl & 2 yolks in the trash.
Add your mayo, mustard & onion salt to your bowl of yolks & mix until you get the creamy texture you like.
Spoon or squeeze your mixture back into your egg halves.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika if you like & ENJOY!
