Skillet BBQ Shrimp

¾ Cup Ideal Protein Italian Dressing

3 TBSP EVOO

1 TBSP Soy Sauce or Bragg’s Aminos

1 tsp dried rosemary

¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

1½ pounds large shrimp with tails intact

Lemon wedges

 

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil. Add shrimp; cook 6 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges.

 

Serving size: about 5oz shrimp and 1 TBSP sauce
