Spicy Beef Pad Thai

Ingredients:
Sauce:
1/4 Cups + 1TBSP Liquid Amino
1 TBSP Lime juice
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 tsp Minced garlic
1 TBSP Minced ginger
4 TBSP WF Peanut Spread
1tsp Stevia
Stir Fry:
1lb Top Sirloin Steak
1 TBSP Grapeseed Oil
3 & 3/4 Cups Bean sprouts, yellow pepper, cabbage & mushrooms
2 Green Onions
1 package Pasta Zero Noodles
Directions:
Pasta Zero Noodles: Rinse well with cold water for 2 minutes. Drain in colander. Put in dry frying pan on medium high for 5 minutes. Set aside in bowl till ready to use.
Mix together all sauce ingredients. Slice steak in strips & stir fry in large fry pan with 1 TBSP Grapeseed Oil for 1 minute on medium high. Set steak aside.
In same pan stir fry cut up vegetables for 5 minutes. Add Pasta Zero noodles (I used fettuccine) & sauce to vegetables. Stir till sauce coats everything & add steak plus any juice. Heat for another minute & serve with cut up green onions.
