4 zucchini or yellow squash
4 oz Waldens Dip
Flavorings, vegetables (below)
Mix 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (finely chopped) into dip. Roll up with basil and bell peppers.
Mix 1 TBSP soy sauce and 2 tsp fresh lime juice into dip. Roll up with radishes and scallions.
Mix 1 tsp chili powder into dip. Roll up with cilantro, cucumber and jicama.
