Meat Loaf Cups

Try out this amazing meatloaf cups recipe, simple to make. It’s the perfect meal for family dinners, something even the kids will love. This is an Ideal Protein phase-1 compliant recipe.

Ingredients:

8 oz Lean Ground Turkey
1/4 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers
1/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
3 TBSP Egg Whites
1/2 Packet IP Garlic Chips (optional)
WF BBQ Sauce To Taste

Directions:

1. Sautée your peppers & mushrooms in a pan.
2. Mix your sautéed veggies, uncooked ground turkey, egg whites & garlic chips (if you choose to use them) in a bowl.
3. Spray your muffin tins with cooking spray & spoon the mixture about 3/4 of the way full.
4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
5. Drizzle your WF BBQ sauce over the top & enjoy!
