This appetizer will have people begging for the recipe. Not only does it count towards your select veggies but it tastes like a cheat! Simple to make and such a delicious treat to have at any gathering. This is an Ideal Protein phase 1 compliant recipe.


1 whole fennel bulb
Olive oil 1-2tsp
1/2 lemon
Salt & Pepper


1. Slice the bulbs in 1/4 in thick pieces
2. Spray with olive oil
3. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon
4. Salt & Pepper to taste
5. Air-Fry at 375 for 10 minutes or until bulbs are brown and the layers start to curl.
